It's Been a While

Well, life has a way of getting away from you, doesn't it?

Right now I'm facing the prospects of joining an organization and creating my own job to help build the company's new product/service line. It's an interesting opportunity. The people are solid, honest, top-of-the-line. They have a winning track record. They take care of their people - both inside and outside the organization. I'll keep posting about my involvement and how it plays out from the leadership point of view.
